Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our company's purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with vendors, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes. The Procurement Manager will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet budgetary and operational requirements.- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure advantageous terms.- Monitor supplier performance and address issues as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance.- Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete stock.- Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
