As an Operations Lead, you will work closely with the Shift Manager on duty to motivate, assist, and provide guidance to 15-25 team members.It's an intellectually challenging role, requiring dynamic problem-solving, excellent people management skills, and troubleshooting prowess. A successful individual in this role will become familiar with all operations within the lab, getting to know the processes, hardware and software, used to carry out experiments in the cloud lab.As an Operations Lead, you will be a key voice in driving for continuous improvement.

- You have 2+ years of experience leading small teams to improved productivity & quality (strongly preferred)
- You have 3+ years experience working in a GMP or Life Sciences environment
- You have experience applying systematic troubleshooting methodologies to complex technical problems
- You are capable and willing to learn computer programming (no prior experience necessary, but it is a welcome bonus!)
- You are familiar with common industry best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, etc)
- You are excited about working in a dynamic fast paced startup environment
