Your Job
Your role will be to develop agency-driven revenue growth and actively contributing to the development and improvement of our advertising and marketing offerings. You'll ensure optimal product alignment with market demands and drive strategic growth objectives.

- Revenue Development with Direct Agencies:
- Lead the development of direct revenue from agency partners, establishing and strengthening long-term relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor agency sales performance, providing actionable insights and adjustments to maintain alignment with Sparteo’s growth objectives.
- Ad and Marketing Offer Development:
- Actively contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of Sparteo’s advertising and marketing solutions, ensuring they meet current and future client needs.
- Incorporate feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to refine our product offerings for enhanced impact.
- Custom Solution Creation for Client Needs:
- Develop tailored solutions for specific client needs, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with Sparteo’s core product capabilities.
- Utilize client feedback and data insights to propose relevant, innovative solutions that drive client satisfaction and engagement.
- Market Opportunity Identification and Client Feedback Integration:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and client insights to anticipate demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain active listening practices with clients, continuously adapting and evolving Sparteo’s offerings based on their evolving requirements.
- Commercial Strategy Definition and Implementation:
- Collaborate on defining and implementing a demand-side commercial strategy that aligns with Sparteo’s overarching business goals.
- Set clear objectives and performance indicators, aligning the sales team’s efforts to ensure consistent delivery on Sparteo’s sales targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive delivery of solutions and to optimize the client experience.
- Contribute to strategic discussions, bringing market insights that enhance Sparteo’s positioning and client offering.
Your profile for this job
- Proven experience in agency or demand-side sales within the digital advertising or ad-tech sector.
- Strong understanding of agency dynamics and the ability to develop solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Experience in custom solution design based on market and client feedback.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills to work closely with product and marketing.
