What does the role look like?
- Build fast, beautiful, and reliable experiences across our mobile app
- Own and ship core features like: home feed, for-you video feed, store navigation + checkout, onboarding, chat, live streaming, creator dashboards, user profiles, content rewards
- Work on cutting-edge product areas like live video, generative AI onboarding, crypto payouts, and leaderboards
- Help us reach and maintain a 5.0 App Store rating by raising the bar for performance, polish, and user experience
- Collaborate directly with design, backend, and product teams to iterate quickly and own projects end-to-end
What we're looking for:
- Deep experience with Swift / SwiftUI
- A portfolio of high-quality mobile apps you've built or led
- Strong product instincts and UX taste
- You ship fast, fix fast, and keep things clean
- Low ego, high ownership mindset
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
