Your role as the Adoption and Change Management Consultant


Bridge Partners provides change management consulting expertise to help our clients drive user adoption of new ways of working with Modern Work productivity tools such as Teams, Office, and Copilot with their large-scale customers.The Adoption and Change Management (ACM) consultant is a senior-level consultant with in-depth management planning experience and an intuitive ability to seamlessly lead the transformation of people, technologies, and medium- and large-scale processes through the development and implementation of effective change strategies.

This role is fully remote and can be located in any US state except for Hawaii, and occasional travel may be required.

How you'll contribute


  • Utilize change management industry best practices to plan, manage, and deliver on enterprise change initiatives at strategic and tactical levels.
  • Work in partnership with client organization team members and assigned customers to understand the customer’s business and change needs and deliver a tailored change management strategy and solution to meet those needs.
  • Understand how Bridge Partners’ client organization delivers change and be prepared to educate the client’s customer organization about the delivery approach.
  • Leverage Bridge Partners’ client organization’s change management tools, frameworks, and practices (e.g., aligned with Prosci® tools and techniques) to create customer-specific delivery strategies and execution plans to drive results.
  • Develop and communicate execution guidance to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project milestones and their accountabilities

Your skills and approach


  • Experience leading adoption of end-user technology and new ways of working with large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Deep knowledge of, and skills in, specific change management domains (Prosci®, CCMP or other). Change management certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and presentation
  • Executive presence, a growth mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively as a team player

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate.
