About the jobWe are seeking an experienced Director of Growth to own and develop Ana Luisa’s acquisition strategies, and explore new advertising platforms to expand our customer base. As the CEO’s right-hand person in acquisition and retention, the Director of Growth will be instrumental in driving Ana Luisa’s e-commerce success, focusing on strategic growth through online channels like Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, and will enjoy great autonomy in exploring new out-of-the-ordinary channels.What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead DTC Growth: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition and boost e-commerce revenue.
- Creative Asset Strategy: Oversee the creative production pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-impact assets, enhancing ad spend and engagement across channels.
- Influencer Marketing Oversight: Develop multi-platform strategies and partnerships that drive brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition. Ability to identify and collaborate with influencers who align with Ana Luisa’s values and aesthetic, scaling partnerships across distribution channels and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to maximize impact.
- New Channel Exploration: Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels to diversify customer reach while ensuring budget efficiency and CPA targets.
- CRM and Retention: Collaborate with CRM and retention teams to strengthen member engagement and ensure a robust retention strategy, contributing to sustainable revenue growth.
- Performance Reporting: Build and maintain actionable dashboards to report on the performance of acquisition channels, providing insights to the leadership team and aligning with financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, data centricity, continuous improvement, and collaboration across departments
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role in a high-growth DTC or e-commerce environment.
- Prior experience working for a Subscription/Membership business is a big plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Podcast, Connected TV.
- Experience in building and optimizing a “supply chain” of creative assets to support ad campaigns.
- Proficiency with data analytics and performance tracking tools, with the ability to present insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
