The Opportunity

Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI-driven communication? As a Product Manager for our Speech Technology team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge ObserveAI ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) Engine, expanding our language support, and creating cutting edge Speech enrichments with AI to meet the needs of our growing global customer base. You will also partner closely with our core Machine Learning Engineering team to support building core AI features that powers our entire platform.

What you’ll do day to day as a Product Manager:


  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our speech technology solutions, including real-time speech-to-text engines, custom vocabulary models, and language support expansion.
  • Manage relationships with ASR vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of speech technologies.
  • Drive the development of speech-driven machine learning and AI enrichments for analytics, enhancing the capabilities of our platform.
  • Implement selective redaction features for each language to protect sensitive data in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful features and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
  • Evangelize our speech technology capabilities internally and externally, representing ObserveAI at industry events and with customers/prospects.

What you’ll bring to the role:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a focus on speech recognition and machine learning technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development, web technologies, and AI/ML principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to product management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
