The Axonius product group is looking for a Senior/Principal Product Manager who is passionate about building top-notch enterprise cybersecurity products. We are looking for individuals with experience leading complex products and features across multiple disciplines
.
If you have that experience and can manage high-level strategic initiatives while being able to dive into technical details - your place is with us!
What your day will look like:
- Create the vision, develop product roadmaps, drive execution to results, manage rollouts, learning processes, and manage outcomes.
- Work with customers to help direct product roadmap, improve customer experience and drive our business forward.
- Work closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver a best-in-class product.
- Partner with local and remote teams. Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team to external and internal stakeholders.
Reach out if you are:
- An interdisciplinary problem solver, skilled at managing complexity while driving teams toward achieving a mission.
- Cross-functional leader, capable of influencing without direct authority, building trust and persuading stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment- Must.
- Previous technical role (such as Development, DevOps, System, or Automation).
- Cybersecurity background - Advantage.
- Automation products background - Advantage.
- Experience or familiarity with AI - Advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering software products/services to market at scale.
- Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
- Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic!
