We are hiring for a Software Test Engineer to join our growing team. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our proteomics platform. This role involves defining and executing tests, documenting processes and results, analyzing failures, and contributing to automation efforts to streamline test processes.

Responsibilities



  • Define test plans and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product functionality, performance and reliability.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results. Thoroughly document all issues found during testing to ensure continued improvements.

  • Identify and troubleshoot failures and collaborate with the development team to determine root causes and propose solutions.

  • Define and execute stress tests to evaluate the system reliability and robustness.

  • Collaborate with the software team to design and implement automated testing.

Qualifications



  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in testing or quality assurance for complex systems.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field

  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation.

  • Experience with Git for version control.

  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and reliability testing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally
