Your role as the Project Coordinator


The project coordinator is responsible for supporting our senior leaders/various teams, creating professional communications, schedules, and reports. A basic understanding of business operations, rhythm of the business logistics, and cross-organizational coordination will be key, as will, general project coordination skills and a keen sense of urgency. This role is fully remote and can be located in any US state except for Hawaii, and occasional travel may be required.

How you'll contribute


  • Prepare monthly business meeting content and documentation/processes for business and sales initiatives
  • Create professional correspondence or other communications as requested; assist in editing and formatting documents and presentations
  • Drive operational excellence & efficiency tactics for the sales organization​ and offer recommendations for process improvement
  • Additional duties as needed include sales proposal assistance, expense reports, as well as other support tasks
  • In addition to CRM data entry, you will be responsible for booking meetings, helping with expense reports, loading docs into DocuSign, reporting, PowerPoint decks, etc. 

Your skills and approach


  • 2+ years relevant business, project coordination, or operational support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to self-check output for errors prior to distribution
  • Intermediate to advanced O365 skills including Excel and PowerPoint; fast learner for other systems/tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multitask within competing and conflicting priorities, schedules, and business needs
  • Experience with CRM platforms data pulls, data analysis, and formatting reports

The salary range for this role is $25-$30/hour. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate.
