Lab Operations Manager,

who will be responsible for taking the lead in how we test our robots in Warsaw in order to lead us through significant future growth & ensure smooth production performance.

Some of the tasks you will take care of:

Lead & mentor a team of lab robot operators
Define processes that will scale our operations to hundreds of production robots
Improve reporting and analysis tools used to evaluate result of R&D work
Manage and improve the software release process for the production robots
Optimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure

What skills we’d like you to have:

Experience in operations management (e.g. in manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse)
Track record of process disruption and operational excellence
Proven leadership experience
Great intuitions about common statistics (limitations of averages, measuring deviations)
Interest in programming and low-code automation (e.g. Zapier)
Fluent communication in English
