About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Work with fellow developers, product managers, designers, and user researchers to build amazing mobile features with a goal of increasing our consumer footprint at Toast
- Flex your mobile muscles with challenging end-to-end tasks in a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Mentor developers through code-pairing and detailed code reviews
- Ship code that has a massive impact on the growth of Toast
- Experiment directly with restaurant employees for quick feedback on features and projects
- Champion best practices for development, deployment and quality life-cycles
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Experience working on consumer iOS applications and an understanding of modern app frameworks
- Track record of delivering high impact features
- Experience and interest in coaching and mentoring more junior engineers
- You know how to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance through logging and metrics
- You’re hungry to learn and willing to take on challenging projects

In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$88,000—$141,000 CAD
