As an Order Processing Representative at Slice, you are crucial to ensure all customers have a great Slice experience, by providing them with amazing, world class support. Part-time working hours are also available.We hire and welcome Order Processing Representatives throughout the year.

The Team


Along with the Order Processing team, you will demonstrate the value that Slice brings to our customers and restaurant partners! You will be the one processing and confirming all orders that come through Slice and transmit them in a timely manner to our restaurant partners. Slice’s Order Processing Representative is an expert at spotting any issues/bugs, as well as fraud checking, in order to implement order adjustments. An expert problem solver, your main goal is to think and act quickly and manage the order queue to make sure customers are never kept waiting!

  • Excellent English verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Remain calm when being pressed by a manager or pizzeria
  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
  • Friendly and light hearted: Every case is a new opportunity!

Salary Range: Base salary (367 EUR) + night shift/weekend/holiday paid. Average salary: 500 euros. 

The Hiring Process


Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy (please note, this is subject to change). This entire process is expected to take 4-7 days to complete and you’d be expected to start with a training class of fellow order processing representatives on a specific date.
