Responsibilities:
The Menu Representative is responsible for managing and improving a portfolio of consumer facing restaurant menus. The focus of this role is to ensure all our partners have accurate, reliable, and up to date information on their Slice featured menus.
- Manage a Portfolio of partner restaurants, which includes updating, checking for accuracy, and optimizing menus for an assigned set shops.
- Enter updates and new menus independently with minimum help
- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals individually and as part of the data team.
- Provide feedback on the tools and process the menu team uses to manage our menu data and make suggestions to increase efficiency
- Effectively coordinate with your Account Management partner to update menus for your shared portfolio in a timely manner
- Enhance the office atmosphere with a positive attitude and energy.
- Demonstrating that he/she can train new menu representative.
- Responsible for extra duties as assigned at the discretion of the managers
Requirements:
- 3 months of Data Entry experience
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding, positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and have great organization skills.
- Typing Proficiency
- Experience with computer programs like system database, spreadsheets, Ms Office.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to read information that might not be well written is key.
- Efficient time management skills.
- Advanced grammar, proofreading and typing skills.
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Knowledge of American (specifically pizzeria) Menus
