Marigold Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Outreach Manager to oversee our outreach initiatives, ensuring impactful engagement and growth in member enrollments across our service regions. The Regional Outreach Manager will manage and support a team of on-site Outreach Specialists and call center-based Outreach Team in executing successful campaigns and building strong partnerships with clinic leadership, internal teams, and external partners. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on management, with the flexibility to engage directly in outreach activities and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management and Development
- Lead and manage a team of on-site Outreach Specialists and call center staff, including hiring, training, and ongoing support.
- Set team enrollment goals aligned with company targets and monitor progress.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and pursuit of peer recovery certification.
- Foster a team culture focused on continual improvement, innovation, and results.
- Outreach Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase member enrollments through on-site presence and multi-channel digital outreach and engagement.
- Oversee call center outreach campaigns and manage campaign strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support Outreach Specialists in executing on-site outreach activities and events that engage members effectively and create a welcoming environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with clinic leadership, partners, business development, and marketing teams to plan and execute site-specific events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to ensure outreach materials and collateral are effective, targeted, and available for all outreach activities.
- Reporting and Performance Management
- Set and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and report regularly on progress against goals.
- Provide regular updates and insights on team performance, member enrollment numbers, and campaign outcomes to leadership.
- Analyze outreach data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Process Improvement
- Assist in the development and refinement of outreach processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and implement improvements in outreach operations, including new technologies, best practices, and engagement tactics.
- Player-Coach Role
- Actively participate in outreach activities as needed, serving as a direct example and source of guidance for the team.
- Support the launch of new outreach locations, working directly with clinic leadership to ensure smooth and successful expansion.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
- 5+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or healthcare enrollment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience managing and motivating teams to achieve and exceed goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set KPIs and report on key metrics.
- Willingness to travel regionally and spend time at various clinic sites.

Reporting and Benefits
- This role will report to Carol, our COO
- This is a full-time, exempt, salaried role
- The base salary for this role will be $65,000 - $75,000 with opportunity for quarterly bonuses
