Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned product manager to join our team as Associate Director / Director. This key role will join an experienced product team to lead our telehealth genetic counseling program in addition to assisting with other products in Natera’s Women’s Health portfolio serving the OBGYN and IVF markets. This role involves developing a world-class user experience for providers and patients, interacting with sales and marketing, and collaborating with market access, R&D, operations and medical teams. This role will report directly to the Head of Product Management for the Women’s Health business at Natera.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management Leadership:
- Enhance Natera’s telehealth genetic counseling service to deliver a best-in-class experience for both referring clinicians and patients.
- Identify, define, and execute on product and business opportunities.
- Deliver product requirements based on customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional product core team(s) to monitor product health and discuss and solve production issues and implement improvements.
- Develop and implement product strategies that drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Lead communications and manage logistics with external partners and collaborators.
- Sales and Market Engagement:
- Work closely with the sales, sales training, and marketing teams to provide product expertise and support sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical trials, medical affairs, lab operations, QA, R&D, regulatory affairs, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product strategies and successful execution.
- Provide product training and support to internal teams to enhance product knowledge and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, telehealth genetic counseling management or related experience.
- Proven track record of successfully building and/or managing a telehealth genetic counseling service.
- Strong understanding of the reproductive market and the needs of providers and patients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
