Recruiter

SafeLease is expanding its team and seeking a Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and bringing in top talent. As a core part of the SafeLease People team, you will help shape our talent acquisition strategy, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Austin, Texas.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions across SafeLease, from engineering to operations.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, defining ideal candidate profiles and ensuring alignment on recruitment goals and timelines.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and overall potential for success at SafeLease.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, staying in close contact with high-potential candidates.
• Create a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process, showcasing SafeLease’s culture and values.
• Support employer branding efforts by contributing to job descriptions, career page updates, and other candidate-facing content.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, ideally within a high-growth company.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates for various roles, with a proactive approach to building a strong talent pipeline.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple roles and hiring timelines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging candidates and representing SafeLease’s culture.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid setup.
