AutoLeap is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy Web Designer to join our marketing team and assist in taking the company website to the next level. As a Web Designer at Autoleap, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching, user-friendly website, campaign, and ad landing pages that enhance user experience, boost conversion, and reduce bounce rates. The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, adaptable, and analytical with excellent design skills.

As a Content Writer, you will:
- Research and generate creative ideas for the website
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for the website
- Product high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, site maps, process flows, etc
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that illustrate how the website would look and function
- Design UI elements, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for the website
- Test and improve the design of the website
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. software illustrations, images, tables, etc.)
- Prepare design plans and present them to internal teams
- Work with front-end web developers to deploy web page designs
- Create and maintain a database of website design assets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant diploma in graphic design or a related field & 3-4 years of professional web design experience
- A portfolio of strong website designs and Excellent visual design skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools
- Proficiency in website design software including Figma and Adobe XD
- Deep knowledge of UI/UX design principles, including user-centric design, wireframing, and A/B testing.
- Good understanding of SEO and CRO principles & proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven ability to multitask with strong ownership, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
