Job Description
- Delivers and picks-up packages and supplies between customers’ offices and ABC Imaging locations
- Provides excellent customer service, maintains a professional manner
- Speaks with customers to identify opportunities for repeat business
- Obtains customer signatures; listen to & reports service complaints
- Maintains a detailed and accurate delivery and mileage log
- Communicates with dispatch via hands free radio and/or cell phone
- Maintains a clean and reliable vehicle for use
- Provides backup for production department and assists in moving ABC and customer equipment as needed
- Follows all company and government safety rules and regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1 – 3 years direct driving/delivery experience
- Must own reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Excellent knowledge of metropolitan area
- Superior customer service ability
- Good driving record with no violations
- Ability to lift 70lbs frequently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
