Job Description
We are looking to hire a Senior QA Engineer for our payments team in either Montreal, QC or Ottawa, ON areas.
We are also open to hiring candidates looking to relocate to either of those two regions.
Develop test plans and test cases covering functional requirements
Automate test cases and running them in CI
Performing regression and functional testing
Investigate gaps in regression tests
Improve and increase code coverage
Refactoring of existing tests
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with automation testing of web application documentation (C#/Java).
Strong experience with OOP
Strong experience with testing APIs.
Experience with ERP, CRM systems, eCommerce, payments or EDI related application, Integrations etc. is a plus
Experience with automation testing using Selenium on.NET Framework using C# is a plus.
Experience with CI system.
Experience of interaction with application developers.
Knowledge and understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
Business processes and documents flow understanding,
Analytical and logical thinking
Self-motivation and learning capability, ability to work independently;
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Time management - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic Business English is required for this role.
