The Role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work closely with leadership, and a rockstar team of customer success managers and solution engineers to drive sales for existing customers. You will help current clients understand how they can expand their use of Youreka to transform their field operations. You’ll function as a resourceful sales professional who overcomes challenges, makes connections with customers and partners across several industries, and work sales cycles from beginning to close. You are directly responsible for creating pipeline and closing deals.
Key functions include:
- Think strategically about go-to market and how to effectively scale Youreka’s presence within current key accounts
- Manage a full-lifecycle sales process while effectively leveraging internal resources
- Eloquently communicate how Youreka and Salesforce can solve business challenges
- Engage decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structure
- Leverage Salesforce to pursue expansion of current accounts including forecasting, collaborating with team members, tracking activity, and reporting on deal progression
- Independently manage time and responsibilities to ensure consistent quota fulfillment, newly created opportunities, administrative task completion, and overall account management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS
- 5+ years of experience owning the full sales lifecycle
- History of achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Relentless curiosity and ability to think strategically
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to build a sales pipeline
- Proficiency in Salesforce (preferable) or another CRM tool
Salary
The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to skill set, your residence location, and prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for commission, equity, and benefits, and are not included in the provided pay range.
Location
Youreka fully accommodates remote work, and there are no specific location requirements for this role as long as you have a permanent residence within the US. Want to spend a month in Italy? Great, do it! Live in Idaho? Sweet, we have another team member there! As long as you are crushing your goals and helping us drive the business forward, you do you. We also have offices in both Boston and Baltimore that are open and available for you to use.
