Role Overview: Contracts Specialist
The Contracts Specialist will play a pivotal role in the management, negotiation, and execution of contracts to support the delivery of the organisation's goals. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and administration of Vidoori’s contractual relationships
- Initiates and maintains contract administration and business relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Supports the preparation, negotiation and administration of subcontracts.
- Track key contractual objectives, metrics and deliverables
- Assists in managing operational efficiencies, schedule management, project plans, and requirements documentation
- Helps to track and support the quality management of Vidoori’s contractual performance
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
