We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Marketing Coordinator with a passion for retail marketing and project management to join our dynamic team in Miami, Wynwood. This entry-level role will involve supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and retail-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate will have some project management experience in a retail environment, strong organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, retail-driven setting.*

Responsibilities:


Project Management for Retail Initiatives:


  • Assist in the coordination and management of retail marketing projects, from concept through execution.
  • Help create detailed project timelines, budgets, and action plans for retail campaigns, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., store operations, design, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of retail-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Track project progress and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery of all retail-related projects.

Retail Marketing Campaign Execution:


  • Support the execution of retail-focused marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. Directory Submissions and Syndication of Content.

  • Assist in coordinating retail-specific content, such as signage, point-of-sale materials, and digital assets for omnichannel marketing (social media, email, website).

  • Help manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials for retail locations, ensuring all stores receive timely updates.

Stakeholder Communication & Vendor Management:


  • Act as a point of contact for store teams, vendors, mall marketing teams and operations, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and third-party agencies to procure materials and services for retail campaigns.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles for the retail stores and posting on social media sites on malls
  • Assist in tracking project management performance across retail marketing members and stores to dos
  • Contribute to the development of post-campaign reports and assist in identifying opportunities for optimization in future retail initiatives.

Event & Promotion Coordination:


  • Help plan and coordinate in-store events, product demonstrations, and special retail promotions.
  • Support the creation and execution of promotional materials and offers designed to drive foot traffic and sales

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all retail task

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in project management (including internships or part-time roles) or coordinating marketing campaigns in a retail setting is a plus.:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana,).
  • Basic understanding of retail marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of retail marketing and project management is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
