Capability Data Protection and Systems Consultant – Intelligence

cBEYONData is seeking a Capability Data Protection and Systems Consultant with intelligence data exposure and the ability to learn system processes to help our national security functional experts navigate a complex and changing business landscape. This consultant will work on a multi-disciplinary team to create, analyze, and reform business processes by integrating best practices from diverse disciplines such as finance, counterintelligence, and other business functions. This is a fast-changing role that evolves based on the client’s need, while prioritizing process improvements within the command/Army and actively supporting operational needs such as reporting functions for the mission.
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the client’s business processes and data across various systems, focusing on the finance domain
  • Facilitate information exchange between systems-oriented team members and cross-organizational stakeholders
  • Identify and translate client requirements, perform analysis and make recommendations / inform customer business solutions
  • Independently facilitate workshops, meetings, and trainings
  • Identify client gaps, needs, and questions and develop corresponding cohesive projects, tasks, timelines and deliverables  
  • Create written presentations/reports and interactions with customer senior executives that effectively share insights, results, recommendations and status briefings
  • Support operational activities, such as reporting functions within various systems

Requirements:

  • Ability to be on-site 100% of the time at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; a hybrid schedule including telework currently exists, but is not guaranteed long-term
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • BA/BS required
  • Two or more years of experience in a related role
  • Customer serving personality within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and organization skills
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate cross-functional team collaboration skills in a rapidly changing, high-intensity, mission-oriented work environment 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience as a threat finance analyst or business analyst in counterintelligence
  • Experience in business process analysis/management, enterprise solution implementations, operations analysis and/or strategic planning
  • Experience working within SAP ERP systems (e.g. GFEBS and GFEBS-SA)
  • Educational background in finance, accounting, economics, or national security related field
