- Ensure Compliance: Conduct in-depth evaluations to maintain adherence to state and federal regulations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Virginia RN or LVN License with an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- 5+ Years of RN Experience, especially in home health.
- Leadership Abilities to inspire and guide clinical staff, maintaining high standards of care.
- Organizational & Communication Skills to manage a dynamic environment and complex regulations.
