We are hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst to work with our Finance team to help us drive financial planning and analysis activities. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. You will report to the Sr Director of Finance.

WHO YOU ARE


Your analytical talents and meticulous nature will be invaluable in this role, where you'll play a key part in driving our organization's financial success. You'll collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Finance to manage and enhance our financial model in Mosaic, ensuring it remains a robust and reliable tool for strategic decision-making. You will partner with various departments and teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product and Operations, to provide accurate financial data, and insightful analysis, and foster alignment on key initiatives.

Your strong communication skills will be essential in building these relationships and ensuring seamless cross-functional support with Accounting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO


  • Financial Modeling & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets in Mosaic.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, presentations, and variance analysis based on data from the Mosaic model.
  • Prepare financial projections and business cases to support long-term planning.

Business Partnering & Performance Management: 


Partner with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.


Financial Reporting & Close:


  • Provide analysis and support to the accounting team during the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide insights to management.

Process Improvement:


  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial process improvements and automation projects.

HOW YOU'LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL (Key KPI’s)


  • You demonstrate the ability to interpret financial data, perform financial modeling, and create accurate forecasts. 
  • You can analyze revenue streams, identify trends, and assess profitability drivers.
  • You are able to monitor and analyze expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize cost structure and improve efficiency.
  • You can effectively communicate financial information, collaborate on projects, and provide value-added insights to stakeholder

WHAT YOU’LL BRING


  • 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role within a SaaS B2B company.
  • Previous experience in finance or a strong understanding of basic financial fundamentals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools ideally within a series C or smaller organization.
  • Experience with financial modeling software, particularly, Mosaic, is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.

We are a fully remote company!
