We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team!
The Senior Accountant will play an integral role in the Accounting and finance team, including reconciliations, period-end close processes, journal entry preparation, variance analysis, and internal management reporting. The role offers a great opportunity for growth as we continue to build the accounting department.• Participate in the period-end close process including the preparation of journal entries and accruals• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations• Assist with financial statement analysis• Assist with maintaining requests via the internal workflow system• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately• Assist in the creation and implementation of accounting policies and procedures and reconciliations• Provide support during the annual audit• Prepare reporting and/or analysis, as necessary• Implement and develop solutions to drive accounting efficiencies• Assist with special projects and other functions, as necessary Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate degree in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience• Minimum of 5 years of combined public and/or private accounting experience• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls• High attention to detail with a proven ability to analyze, interpret, and resolve a variety of discrepancies• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)• Tenacious in meeting deadlines, well organized, adept at managing peak workloads• Creative thinker and solutions-oriented• Dedicated to the timely delivery of a superior product• Able to analyze, evaluate, and move quickly to support rapid decision-making• Strong process skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)• Uncompromising work ethicJoining our team comes with a range of exciting benefits to support your health, well-being, and professional growth, including:
