The Senior Manager will lead a highly productive team that works to ensure the accurate and timely management of accounting, eligibility and data maintenance functions for employer benefits contributions.Leading of a team of 40+ employees, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned operational functions
- Meet and exceed performance measures: KPIs, industry standards, and client expectations
- Instill a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability
- Coach/ develop future leaders and individual contributors
- Proactively review department workflow and implement refinements to improve quality
- Understand the nuances of labor/management stakeholder environment
- Communicate interdepartmentally with peers and external customers on management reporting
- Analyze processes and information, identify root cause and trends, and implement solutions
Who you are...
- Educated. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Experienced. Min 5 years’ experience in people and project management
- Leader. Build trust to ensure individual and team success
- Operational Expertise. Experience in defining and analyzing operational workflows
- Communicator. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Tech Savvy. Strong MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Starting salary range of $10,544 - $14,266 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
