We are a team invested in the personal growth of its employees and this is a unique opportunity to get in at the beginning and help build something special!About the roleWe are seeking a Facilities and Fleet Manager to oversee the management of our facilities, fleet operations, and real estate agreements at our 10 sites across eight metropolitan areas in seven different states across the United States, with more to come in the future as we grow.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our physical infrastructure supports our mission of sustainability and service excellence.

Responsibilities
- Facilities Management:
- Ensure the maintenance of all physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to the highest standards, implementing preventive maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for building repairs, equipment, renovations, and maintenance projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage equipment purchases, leases, and maintenance for all locations
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices to reduce the environmental impact of facilities operations.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Manage and oversee company equipment and hardware at our facilities
- Fleet Management:
- Oversee the Fleet team and 100+ EV and ICE vehicles, ensuring they are maintained for safety, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Develop and implement fleet utilization strategies to optimize performance and minimize costs.
- Lead and manage relationships with vehicle suppliers, repair shops, and insurance providers to ensure cost-effective services.
- Implement processes to better leverage our fleet management software that tracks vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Analyze fleet data to identify trends and make informed decisions on vehicle replacement or upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, fleet operations, or real estate management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
$75,000 - $105,000 a yearThe compensation package at offer is based on qualifications and geographical location.
