We’re looking for dedicated Reservation & Ticketing Agents to join our team and support our sales agents in providing fast, efficient booking services to create seamless travel experiences for our clients.This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the multi-billion-dollar travel industry. Responsibilities
- Efficiently process air travel reservations in GDS and other booking services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences
- Issue, exchange, cancel, and reschedule flight tickets as needed, following airline policies and company guidelines
- Proactively manage schedule changes, providing suitable alternatives to clients and ensuring smooth rebooking when necessary
- Process payments and verify transaction details to ensure secure and accurate billing
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Quick at learning new systems and adaptable to changing situations
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of client requests
- Communicates complex information in a clear, straightforward manner
- Availability to work from 4 pm to 1 am CET
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel industry
- Familiarity with major GDS systems
- Experience with Payment Processing
- Customer Support experience
