Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or other applicable Engineering Field or 7 years combined experience of related Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety systems work experienceMinimum of 5 years applicable Quality, manufacturing, process improvement, EHS and leadership experience required
SkillsLean/Six-sigma certification of yellow belt minimum, green/black belt preferredExperience Managing ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems requirements in a business operations environmentWorking knowledge of federal, state and local occupational EHS industry regulations and guidelines (OSHA, EPA, DOT, L&I, other)Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or similar accreditationSeasoned people leader with experience in leading culture change and improvement while delivering business results is requiredStrong communication skills to effectively present test data and results; prepare summary documentation and accept/reject criteria.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and shifts, supporting corporate programs.
