Based in Colwyn Bay North Wales we are seeking a Data Entry - Office Clerk to support the administration of customer services and finance. As data entry office clerk, you will need to have good attention to detail, confident in dealing with customers, using Microsoft office and willing to learn new skills.
Role / ResponsibilitiesFinanceWorking within finance you will be responsible for the administration of accounts receiving and payable to include:
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and sending statements
- Ensuring invoices are uploaded and verified for payment
- Checking supplier statements and ensuring outstanding payments are raised
- End months pay run report and highlight unpaid invoices
- Monitor accounts on stop for chase payment
Customer Services
- Complete import and export documentation
- Complete customer order entry, including new quotes and monitor progress
- Raise customer purchase orders and create new items (parts)
- Perform intercompany transactions
- Liaise with production and quality control regarding process and customer shipment
- Support planning and work scheduling
- Communicate with customers on the phone and email
You may also be required to support with wellbeing events as required with Human Resources.
