Carrier Sales Representative: Freight

As a Carrier Sales Representative you will build strong relationships with carriers, helping them optimize their fleet by negotiating the right price, and partnering with our customer sales team to ensure on-time delivery for the overall RPM Experience.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Establish, expand, and cultivate relationships with carriers in the freight and auto hauling marketplace
- Identify, source, and procure new carrier relationships at key stakeholder levels
- Manage carrier network to ensure the ultimate RPM experience
- Maintain constant contact with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business
- Utilize RPM’s proprietary software to make informed buying decisions
- Navigate RPM’s Transportation Management System and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks
- Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Must be self-motivated and bring a can-do attitude to the job
- Work full-time M-F, and willing to work outside normal business hours based on the needs of the business
