As we expand, we’re seeking a Social Media Lead to pioneer our social media strategy, build our digital presence, and connect with audiences across platforms.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced, visionary Social Media Lead who has a deep understanding of social media’s potential, including its interplay with brand integrity, public relations, SEO, and content strategy.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can lead our social media efforts, mentor junior team members, and drive measurable growth in our brand’s reach and impact. You’ll work closely with our videographer and the larger marketing team to create a cohesive digital experience across our two websites and multiple social platforms.Responsibilities:Strategic Social Media Leadership:

  • Develop, lead, and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with Berry Law’s brand identity, core values, and business goals.
  • Analyze social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms to keep Berry Law at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and videography teams to develop content that integrates seamlessly with website strategy, PR efforts, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and adapt to emerging social media tools and best practices, particularly as AI, SEO, and content marketing evolve.

Content Creation & Brand Consistency:

  • Oversee and actively contribute to content creation, ensuring posts are on-brand, visually compelling, and aligned with both current trends and long-term strategy.
  • Work closely with the videographer to create engaging video content tailored to social media, enhancing storytelling and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Ensure all content supports SEO goals, driving visibility and engagement while respecting legal and ethical standards.

Audience Engagement & Analytics:

  • Leverage data and analytics to understand engagement patterns, refine targeting strategies, and maximize ROI on social media efforts.
  • Drive a proactive engagement strategy that positions Berry Law as an authority in legal and veteran-focused discussions, fostering community, loyalty, and brand affinity.
  • Use insights to adjust and refine content strategies, optimizing for reach, engagement, and impact.

AI, SEO, & Future-Forward Social Media Management:

  • Embrace AI tools and technologies for social media management, from predictive analytics to content scheduling and automated audience insights.
  • Act as a visionary for the role of AI and SEO in social media, exploring how to enhance performance, boost visibility, and stay ahead of digital trends.
  • Stay attuned to changes in SEO practices and search technologies that affect social media, understanding their implications for content discoverability and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy, ideally with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in brand storytelling and audience growth.
  • Strong grasp of brand management, PR, and the nuances of social media in a legal or highly regulated field.
  • Expertise in social media analytics, SEO for social content, and content optimization for maximum reach.
  • Proficiency with social media tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Agora Pulse, and knowledge of advanced engagement and analytics features.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and an intuitive sense of brand tone and voice.
  • Ability to lead a small team, providing mentorship and direction to a junior social media manager and/or intern.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

  • Blueprint Certification or progress toward certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Certifications in social media strategy, Google Analytics, or AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Experience with advanced social media tools such as Hootsuite, Agora Pulse, and Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of video content strategy and close collaboration with videographers or digital media teams.
  • Forward-thinking approach to integrating social media with AI, predictive analytics, and SEO, especially for future-proofing our digital marketing.
