In this role, you will make an impact to Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:
- Boosting product usage in order to achieve business outcomes
- Deeply understanding product usage and how our product fits into our customers’ lives
- Driving product discovery to uncover powerful product solutions that move our metrics
- Collaborating with product design and engineering to deliver an outstanding product experience
- Working with stakeholders across departments
- Using agile practices to learn, test, and ship novel solutions to our customers
- Steering product delivery in two-week sprints

Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ’s mission and values -
raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following skills/experience:
- 1-3+ years of professional product management experience on a software product, ideally SaaS
- Commitment to quality: pride in delivering unmatched products with measurable value
- Strong product intuition and strategic thinking
- Ability to drive alignment on complex projects
- Experience working closely with designers and engineers
- Facility with product analytics and reporting tools
- Track record of shipping products that solve real problems and delight users
- Working knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Experience working on a B2B product preferred
- Experience with products with a machine learning component preferred
Don’t forget:
- Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay. Base salary for this role is in the range of $90,000-$115,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.
