Pharmacy Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a Pharmacy Compliance Analyst that will play an important role at AndHealth.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Ensure compliance with the Federal Drug Pricing Program.
- Audit EHR records and electronic prescription files for Federal Drug Pricing Program eligibility.
- Collect, scan and track required medical documentation from external providers, as require ensuring program compliance.
- Perform pharmacy prescription audits and maintain appropriate program documentation.
- Use the electronic health record and data from pharmacy operating system to track eligibility for the Federal Drug Pricing program.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external providers.
- Ensure that medical record requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Build patient profiles in the pharmacy operating system.
- Regularly communicate with staff members involved in the Federal Drug Pricing Program to ensure efficiency, and address problems or concerns in a prompt manner.
- Create or update Federal Drug Pricing Program-related procedures.
- Review HRSA OPAIS website and advise partners on required changes.
- Participate in internal and external meetings regarding eligibility, process improvement and quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Licensure Requirements:
- Registered or certified pharmacy technician required.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
- Experience with the 340B program.
- Ability to proficiently use Electronic Health Record and Pharmacy Operating System.
- Quality assurance experience, such as medical chart reviews or auditing, is preferred.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, spelling, and numerical differences.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology.
