Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with a solid understanding of federal contracts, compliance, and proposal management? Cask is seeking a Federal Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to manage, draft, and revise contracts, ensuring compliance with government standards and organizational policies. Primary Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts to ensure alignment with company standards and government regulations
- Analyze and interpret a wide range of documentation, including D/FAR clauses, GSA vehicle management requirements, and compliance guidelines
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions with various stakeholders
- Maintain organized records of contracts, including original agreements, amendments, payment schedules, and correspondence
- Clarify terms of contracts with internal staff and provide guidance on compliance requirements
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with all levels of the company to develop a comprehensive contract strategy
- Design and implement standardized language and guidelines for contracts
- Ensure compliance by reviewing contract language and collaborating with procurement, legal, and finance teams
- Share and clarify contract processes, conditions, and requirements with management, business partners, and employees
- Obtain contract-related information from relevant parties and resolve discrepancies according to company policies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical copies of contract documentation
- Liaise between parties regarding contract development, terms negotiation, and necessary revisions
- Identify potential risks posed by contract changes and ensure mitigations are in place
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in federal contracts administration, including proposal management, D/FAR clause review, and GSA vehicle management
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal requirements and compliance in federal contracts
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in identifying errors and inconsistencies in complex documentation
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience

This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
