About the role: 

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and tactics in targeted regional areas that generate qualified leads and support Marketing’s revenue goals. This position also works closely and collaboratively with the Sales teams to provide content and campaign assistance to increase sales results and productivity.

What You’ll Do: 


  • Develop and drive end-to-end integrated, regional multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns using marketing tools available and partnering closely with the marketing team 
  • Partner with the Marketing team and regional sellers to identify opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell 
  • Assist with planning, development, and execution of comprehensive regional events to drive attendance and engagement pre- and post-event with current and potential clients 
  • Manage the logistical components of regional events for hosted and sponsored events 
  • Proactively engage with regional sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities and identify opportunities for on-the-ground engagement and support 
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences 
  • Develop localized marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support field efforts 
  • Provide regular reports on field marketing activities, outcomes, and insights to the marketing team and management 

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need: 


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B field marketing 
  • Familiar with designing a comprehensive program strategy, including realistic pipeline targets and the steps needed to accomplish our goals 
  • Exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of executing comprehensive marketing campaigns 
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements 
  • Strategic thinker with a strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to target markets 
  • Basic knowledge of or the ability to proactively learn HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customer  

Compensation:


  • Dataprise is committed to maintaining a positive work environment by ensuring that compensation across the Company is managed in a competitive, consistent, and fair manner. Each Dataprise employee will be compensated in line with their specific scope of responsibility, skill level, and educational background, in addition to the projected impact on the success of the Company.
  • We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
  • This position’s Salary Range is: $65,000-75,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
