Job OverviewAre you a customer service wizard? If so, we need you! We are looking for top notch installers to travel the country and partner with our customers. You will provide field support to ensure the stable operation of hardware and software products. This includes installing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing our products on site! This job is ideal for restaurant management personnel who are ready for a career change!


Remote and Onsite (Client sites and HungerRush HQ in Houston), must reside within a reasonable driving distance to an airport for travel


What You Will Do


  • On-site Technical Product Support and Installation Duties
  • Install, troubleshoot, HungerRush equipment
  • Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer
  • Work closely with field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow and communication
  • Support customer-centric programs such as trade shows and workshops with technical expertise and product knowledge
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Escalate technical and customer issues to direct manager as needed
  • Provide product feedback and customer suggestions to product development department
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Should Bring


  • Must be able to travel locally and nationally a good percentage of the time including evenings and weekends
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills
  • Must be able to think analytically
  • Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant or a related field
  • Must be organized and have strong time management skills to include schedule development
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to successfully undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check at hire and annually; must have automobile insurance
  • Technical troubleshooting and reverse engineering abilities
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED

Highly Preferred


  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant or a related field. IDEAL opportunity for an individual who has been working in the restaurant management field and wants to make a career change!
  • 1-3 years of experience computer technology experience including desktop and lap top configurations
  • Bilingual Speaker
  • Current passport holder
