We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.
We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our internal finance team. The ideal candidate is someone that can bring their experience and skills to a rapidly evolving, private equity-backed, global business with a market resilient business strategy. The right candidate will embrace “rolling up their sleeves” and be an instrumental part in building out our global accounting operations. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with data entry, processing invoices and cash reconciliations.
The Billing Specialist must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills. This position will be working with the directors of the company as well as supporting the Finance Team. Over time, we expect within this role to be proficient using NetSuite, and Bill.com as our primary accounting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices related to external vendors/services
- Generating/processing invoices for our clients
- General data entry for our internal finance team
- Generate Wire Transfers
- Generate InterCompany Transfers
- Reconciling cash daily
- Processing bill payments, expense reports, and reimbursements
- Various additional work for the internal finance team
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and efficient communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience doing billings for a service company with clients
- The ability to work 40+ hours a month
