Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention
- Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position
- Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance
- Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
- Serving as the property ambassador and primary point of contact; also provide onsite security presence.
- Manage administrative requests from residents
- Verify and record visitor information
- Answer calls professionally, route calls to appropriate personnel, if necessary, and assist callers with directions, etc
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries
- Insure that the common areas are clean and tidy, lighting is at proper level, temperature is appropriate
- Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, daily activities.
- Leading prospect tours until 8pm
- Managing Leads in CRM software system
- Assisting Guests with Guest Suite Rental Check-Ins
- Assisting with after hour move-ins and move-outs
- Answering phone calls and assisting residents with requests
- Entering Work Orders in Property Management System
- Attending afterhours resident events with Apartment Life Team once per month
- Document resident, guest, and employee requests, concerns, and incidents
Requirements
- 6:00pm – 2:00am Schedule availability Tuesday – Saturday (or Monday – Friday)
- At least six months experience in apartment, concierge, or hospitality industry preferred
- Outgoing, gregarious personality & an enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales
- Active knowledge of online Social Media and social presence avenues
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Law
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
