The Cyber Security Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to solicit and document process flows, features, requirements, and user stories as part of projects and enhancements and ensures quality delivery of those requirements through other IT partners including third party. They will be responsible for providing Cyber Security systems knowledge and expertise to IT, the business teams and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization. They are responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the specific teams with a specific focus on the (Specific) teams. They are responsible for understanding business processes and coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams.
What you will do:
Build and maintain strong relationship with the Cyber Security teams and Infrastructure teams.Act as functional subject matter expert in cyber security technologiesPartner with Business, Build, Run, and Architect teams to drive consensus on the best solution to cyber security problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancementsSupport minor and major enhancement initiatives launching key capabilities to the platform in a governed fashionDocument test cases and perform or manage user acceptance testing in partnership with testing center of excellence as applicableDefine tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectivesRecommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.Ensure clear communication between cyber security, business stakeholders and technical teams.This is an individual contributor role that requires use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervisionImprove the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
What you need:
Bachelors degree requiredBachelors in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems (MS), or Computer Information Systems (CS or CIS) preferred
Qualifications & experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience required in the business analysis area, preferably in IT.Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is requiredExperience documenting complex processes and business requirements and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is requiredExperience with business requirements \ project management documentation system as JIRA\Azure DevOps etc.
