Our impact has been externally proven in a 2021 RAND Corporation study and featured as a Harvard Business School (HBS) case study.We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts and help us communicate the value of our solutions to employers, benefits brokers and consultants, and payers. Reporting to marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that position Carrum Health as an industry leader. You will work closely with product management, demand generation, sales, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, increase market awareness, and foster customer engagement. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.
This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $165,000 - $185,000 depending on level of experience and geographic location.

- Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and market needs.
- Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Define and articulate clear product value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Create impactful sales tools and training materials to empower the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their experiences, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and clinical operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

- Experience working with sales teams and creating effective sales enablement materials.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
