As a key member of our close-knit team, you’ll collaborate with designers and clients to deliver exceptional, tailored solutions.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a base salary of $22/hour plus commission.
- Earning Potential: First-year earnings range from $55,000 to $70,000, with opportunities for bonuses.

Your Role:
- Sales & Project Management: Conduct in-home consultations, take precise measurements, and manage the technical aspects of each sale. Coordinate seamlessly with installers to oversee projects from inquiry to completion.
- Client Consultations: Offer personalized design guidance, develop project scopes, and manage each sale from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and flawless design execution.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous communication, ensuring transparency and quality throughout each project.
- Showroom Assistance: Support showroom operations by assisting with appointments and welcoming walk-in clients, maintaining a professional and inviting space.
- Local Travel: Serve clients within a 30-mile radius, with occasional trips beyond as needed.
- Balanced Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, prioritizing a healthy work-life balance.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Design Enthusiast: While a background in design is a plus, it’s not required—we provide all the training you need to succeed!
- Experienced Sales Professional: Proven expertise in in-home sales, quoting, and accurate measuring. Experience in project and account management is highly desirable.
- People Person: Excellent communication skills to build and sustain lasting relationships with clients and team members.
- Flexible & Positive Attitude: Adaptable and motivated, capable of managing multiple projects with a positive outlook.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Quoterite is a bonus but not essential.
