  • Generous Commissions: Benefit from substantial commissions on high-ticket sales.
  • Tools of the Trade: Access to all necessary technology and resources to streamline your workflow.
  • Schedule: Standard 9-5, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening consultations as needed.
  • Location: In-person role with a mix of showroom duties, in-home consultations, and project management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with:

  • Passion for Interior Design: An enthusiasm for helping clients create aesthetically pleasing, functional spaces.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: An ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Goal-Driven Mindset: Success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to delivering exceptional service for every client.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented Approach: Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects with precision.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Foster relationships with clients, network at industry events, and build partnerships with designers and contractors.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct in-home consultations, present premium products, and tailor recommendations to meet each client’s vision.
  • Project Oversight: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Build strong connections with clients, vendors, and installers, and follow up post-installation.
  • Creative Marketing: Utilize social media and other platforms to showcase your work and attract new clients.
