We are currently seeking a Leasing Coordinator at our residential portfolio located in Wicker Park to provide administrative support to leasing operations by performing the following essential functions:
- Provides timely and professional responses to resident and vendor issues and inquiries.
- Assists in move-in / move-out process.
- Supports and participates in leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines.
- Prepares, maintains, and manages new and existing lease files.
- Monitors the CRM system and consistently follows-up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries.
- Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
- Receives resident service requests and administers building work order system.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum one year related experience. Experience in leasing preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen. Individual should also have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi software programs.
