The Pennon Organization has a Spring 2025 internship opportunity for a college student studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field. This internship will provide the student with the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of HR administration including recruitment, interviewing, orientation/on boarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and training and development. This educational experience will give the intern exposure to life as an HR generalist and will provide them with hands-on training that is applicable in an HR department in any industry.
The Pennon Organization provides HR support to WITF Public Media and LNP Media Group which will provide an intern with a unique experience in a fast-paced multimedia environment. RequirementsInternships at Pennon/WITF are paid, educational experiences meant to provide students with on-the-job training. Interns will earn $12.00/hour. Interested applicants should be enrolled in a college/university program and completed at least 2 years of college course work.Salary Description$12.00/hour
