  • We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Malaysia as a Field Sales Manager for our B2B SaaS product, “Drawer.” This role is essential in driving CADDi’s expansion, first within Malaysia and progressively across other ASEAN markets. ROLE OVERVIEW


  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our B2B SaaS Product, “Drawer”. As the Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in both business development and long-term strategy.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing sales metrics and managing the entire sales administration process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • In collaboration with the Head of APAC, you will focus on expanding the Drawer business and building a high-performance sales team in Malaysia to ensure customer success.
  • You're expected to cover the business development role in the early phase and strategy and organization planning in the long term to achieve rapid growth in the market.
  • You’re required to collaborate with various professionals, therefore you need to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Propose and implement strategies to scale Drawer business in ASEAN market together with head of CADDi APAC

Requirements


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Proven work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B Software sales
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Professional English skill

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in the manufacturing or relevant industry
  • Proven sales experience in software industry
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project
  • Japanese Language is plus but not required
