GXM is looking to hire a seasoned Management Specialist to manage task assignment and support staff in all facets of program administration and deployment processes. This individual would lead the communications and coordination with employees, other senior management specialist, government program offices and other government entities. Responsibilities
- Ability to keep track of different coordination request and requirements.
- Management of data, personnel tracking, and accountability.
- Prioritize work tasks in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
- Issuing LOAs and CACs and other administrative requests.
- Support daily and weekly meetings with different individuals and organizations.
- Assist with data entry into program systems.
- Develop related materials, documentation, reports, and associated program information for individuals and organizations.
- Provide services in support of the workstream, help desk, and engagement efforts in responding to questions as well as conducting in-reach and outreach regarding the various solicitations/calls.
- Track individual or groups documentation in program specific platforms
- Develop recommendations for enhancements, improvements, and changes to improve the administrative processes.
- Support the development of process kickoff presentations and guidance materials.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to staff members.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Top Secret / SCI Clearance
- Strong interpersonal communications skills, including oral and writing skills
- Advance administrative skills
- Advance personnel management experience
- 9+ years of experience as a senior management specialist or related experience
- Possess at least a B.A./B.S. degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education (or international equivalent)
- A desire to work in a distributed organization that highly values a team mentality
- Foresight, maturity, and the ability to present thoughtful and data driven solutions to complex problems
