Summary:


The Growth team is responsible for bringing in new members through channels such as digital and social ad campaigns, influencers and media buys. By constantly iterating on current channels and exploring new opportunities to attract and acquire more members, you’ll support growth initiatives by building and optimizing ads, reporting on performance, and supporting media buys and influencer campaigns. You’ll also partner closely with our Member Experience team and work to drive incremental improvements across lower funnel marketing campaigns. What you’ll do: 

  • Directly manage at-scale customer acquisition programs on Meta, Tiktok, email, out-of-home channels, and more. 
  • Build, proof, and report on deliverables for campaigns across paid social, email, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Learn the drivers of ad performance; execute new channels and propose adjustments to budget, targeting, and creative to improve conversion of our ads. 
  • Coordinate testing initiatives across our digital performance platforms, reporting on the results, and recommending improvements.
  • Conceptualize and plan A/B tests across various technical and creative variables. 
  • Serve as a project manager for various team and cross-functional projects; collaborate with other stakeholders effectively to complete goals.
  • Execute investigations and/or research on identified topics; compile and deliver findings in an organized and presentable manner.

What you should have: 

  • 1-4 years of work experience. 
  • Strong history of academic and/or extracurricular excellence. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills. 
  • Strong work ethic; ability to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and apply feedback. 
  • An interest in a lean, entrepreneurial, eCommerce, Direct to Consumer business. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Grit and perseverance in the face of challenges, and an appetite for a wide variety of learnings and work experiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000
